Sun Bean Food Industries was formed in 1985 and later in 2003 was incorporated into a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965 called Sun Beans Foods Industries Sdn Bhd. The principal activity of the company is in the manufacturing of assortment quality peanuts. In 2005 Sun Bean Foods Industries recently had undergone a major face lift both in the manufacturing and the management as we are aiming to be an ISO standard certification and also certified "Halal".
The vision of the company is to be a leading premier and quality manufacturer for healthy living life style.
The products of the company are segmented into 2 categories under different brand name so as to enable its customers to sell to a broader market.

The company has recently acquired 4 properties over one and the half storey semi detached each converted into factory site located at No.7, 9, 11 Jalan Pala 4, Kawasan Perindustrian Ringan, Permatang Tinggi, 14000 Bukit Mertajam Penang, Malaysia and No.6 Jalan Pala 6. All the acquired properties have been renovated. We have also acquired from the Ministry of Health Malaysia a letter of confirmation that the company has been inspected and conform to the requirement Goof Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We are also in the process of acquiring a medical license from ministry of health. For the future we are looking into acquiring an ISO status.
The ideal location provides close proximity to the Penang seaports located in Penang and Butterworth, as well as the Penang Airports, the North-South Expressway and are connected to the upcoming Penang second bridge. This will reduce both inwards and outwards transportations costs besides providing speedier and more efficient deliveries.
The industrial building comprises of both trading office as well as the production factory which is basically constructed of reinforced concrete frameworks with plastered cement and bricks, cement floors and covered metal deck roofing sheet root.
